External Hard Drive Recovery

We recover all external hard drives, including WD My Passport and Elements, Seagate One Touch and Expansion, Toshiba Canvio, LaCie Rugged and G-Technology G-DRIVE. Portable SSD Recovery

Portable SSDs such as the Samsung T7 and T9, SanDisk Extreme and Extreme Pro, Crucial X9/X10, Kingston XS-series and LaCie Rugged SSD fail differently from hard drives – usually at the controller or the USB-C port. See SSD recovery.

USB Flash Drive Recovery

We recover USB sticks from SanDisk (Cruzer, Ultra, Extreme Go), Kingston (DataTraveler, IronKey), Samsung (BAR Plus, FIT Plus), PNY, Lexar, Corsair, Verbatim and Integral – including snapped, bent, water-damaged and monolithic drives where we read the memory directly through internal test points.

Memory Card & Camera Card Recovery

We recover SD, SDHC, SDXC, microSD, CompactFlash, CFexpress Type A and B, XQD and older xD and Memory Stick cards from SanDisk, Lexar, Sony, Samsung, Kingston, ProGrade, Angelbird, Delkin and Transcend. Tape Data Recovery

Businesses still rely on tape for long-term archives. We recover LTO-1 to LTO-9, DLT/SDLT, DAT/DDS, AIT/SAIT, IBM 3590/3592 and QIC tapes, including tapes from Veeam, Veritas Backup Exec, NetBackup, Commvault, Arcserve and tar/LTFS formats. We handle snapped or creased tape, damaged cartridges and overwritten or partially erased tapes.
