QNAP NAS Data Recovery
QNAP NAS devices are widely used by businesses for file sharing, surveillance and backup. QNAP offers two operating systems: QTS, which uses mdadm RAID, LVM thin provisioning and ext4, and QuTS hero, which is built on ZFS. Each needs a different recovery approach, and we are experienced with both.

Please Don’t
Do not initialise the NAS, reinstall firmware, or run “Recover” from Storage & Snapshots if disks are failing. Shut the unit down and label the drives by bay.
