No recovery company can bypass a forgotten passcode, and the storage cannot be moved to another device. What we can do is repair a damaged, dead or water-damaged device so that it starts again – and once you enter your passcode, we copy your data off. Please make sure you know the passcode before sending the device.
We also recommend checking iCloud Photos, iCloud Backup and any backups on a Mac or PC first – your data may already be safe there.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve forgotten my iPhone passcode. Can you recover the data?
Unfortunately not – and any company claiming otherwise should be treated with caution. Apple’s encryption makes this impossible without the passcode. If you have an iCloud backup, you can restore it after resetting the phone through Apple.
Should I put my wet iPhone in rice?
No. Rice does not remove corrosion and delays proper treatment. Switch the phone off, do not charge it, and bring it to us as soon as you can.
