Before You Send It

Deleted files on SSDs: most SSDs use TRIM, which tells the drive to erase deleted blocks in the background. Once TRIM has run, deleted files usually cannot be recovered by anyone. If you have just deleted something from an SSD, shut the computer down straight away and contact us – the sooner we image the drive, the better the chance.
